How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Beatpeak Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Beatpeak Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Beatpeak Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Minnesota.
Sending Your Complaint
Email us at contact@beatpeak.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
